3rd National Convention of Accounting Professionals
This is to inform you that the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) continuing with its effort to update and uplift members professional knowledge and enhance professional services within the Country is organizing "3rd National Convention of Accounting Professionals" on Thursday and Friday, Baishakh 6 -7, 2081 (April 18-19, 2024) in Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal on the theme “Sustainable Accounting Practices”.
The Convention targets to create the enabling environment for promoting sustainable accounting practices strengthening practice management of SMPs, augmenting role of professional accountants in public sector, developing sustainable business strategies for SMEs, enhancing value of professional services and unified and improved cooperation and coordination among the Regulating Authorities.
The Convention will be addressed by national and international prominent guests of honor and keynote speech by IFAC President, Ms. Asmaa Resmouki. As a valuable audience, you will have ample opportunity to be part of the policy discourses that the event will contemplate to accomplish across various spheres of accounting profession and the sustainable business practices. We believe that the Convention would be instrumental in enriching yourself with the deliberations and insights from the eminent national and international personalities who will take you through the paper presentation and panel discussion sessions of the Convention. Distinguished personalities and celebrated artists will add further attractions to the Convention sharing their spiritual insights, inspiring experiences and live performance.
In this regard, all members, and students of ICAN, representatives from corporate and business houses and government agencies are cordially invited to participate in this mega Convention of the Institute.
Interested participants willing to attend the Convention are requested to download the ICAN App from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for IOS) and register through the app by Chaitra 30, 2080 (April 12, 2024).

Fees (inclusive of VAT): NPR 4,000 for Students.
NPR5,000 for Individual Members and AT; and
NPR 7,000 for Corporate Participants
